3 People: $120 each * 4 People: $100 each * 5 or more: $80 each
Classes meet for 4 weeks either 60 min each week or 30 min twice each week
(Pre-sign up is required on PT Board or Service Desk at each club

Class Definitions
Ab Solution (CAC-EG)... Ah...the perfect solution to your abdominal woes!  The new year demands a new way to train those tired abs.  Each week we’ll meet for two AB-solutely fast and fun 30-minute sessions.  Join us as we learn new ways to firm & flatten your entire abdominal wall, your obliques and lower back.  Let’s strengthen our abs together!

Anger Management (CAC-EG)... Release your stress in an hour-long class of adrenaline therapy!  Combining strength circuit training and martial arts exercises, this program will help you sweat away the nuances of the week. Utilizing dumbbells, barbells, body weight, balance beams, and punching/kicking pads, the class is split into three distinct rounds: boxing, muay thai, and karate.  Boxing will focus on your upper body; muay thai will generate power in the core, and karate will finish off your legs.  This is a perfect class to shape and tone your body for the summer in a new, exciting way! 

Cardio Blast (CAC-G)... SIII only Are you ready for a challenge? Looking for a fun, quick, and easy way to burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time? If so, come join Cardio Blast. It will be an intensive 30minutes of circuit and/or interval training using cardio equipment, free weights, medicine balls, bosu balls and weight machines. You don't want to miss this opportunity to get in an effective workout that will vary from week to week.

Free-Weight Physique (CAC-205)… Ladies, get a toned and strong functional body! With only one hour a week of high intensity, fat burning, muscle building training with Trainer Tommy Kent, you won’t need a man to open the pickle jar anymore.  Broaden the scope of your workout!  Get into free-weights, learn proper technique and have your workout structured for optimal results.  The truth is, the more you limit the type of exercises and equipment you use, the more you limit your own progression.  Don’t waste another workout. Let Tommy show you his expertise on weight lifting and how to achieve a defined beautiful physique.

Interval Triathlon (CAC-EG)... Row, Run and Ride your way to better health!  This 55 minute class will challenge you to push past your fitness barriers.  Interval training will improve your cardiovascular conditioning by increasing your level of intensity in small, frequent bursts.  Will you answer the challenge?

Intro to Mixed Martial Arts (CAC-G)... This class is a beginner level MMA class introducing the many rules and techniques involved with the sport such as striking, submissions/chokes, take downs, clinching, and body control.  Numerous styles of fighting are covered including Muay Thai Kickboxing, wrestling, Brazilian Jui Jitsu, Krav Maga, Judo, and Tae Kwon Do.

Lose The Fat! (CAC-G)... This program is about accountability, group support, and goal setting. The class goals are to establish a challenging, fun workout routine, and learn better eating habits. We will meet once per week for a workout, discussion, and to establish a weekly schedule and nutrition goals for in-between classes. Lose weight, have fun, get strong, eat good food!

Running Efficiency (CAC-G)... For new, injured, and current runners. Running is one of the most beneficial types of exercise for the human body. It can also be uncomfortable and cause injuries. Start the right way by giving your body the range of motion and endurance it needs to run. This class will use the Adapt Training philosophies to improve flexibility; muscular strength and joint integrity BEFORE you put on those running shoes!

Self Defense (CAC-G)… This class is designed to teach basic skills for defending and protecting yourself in emergency situations and instilling natural defensive instincts.  Multiple techniques are used from various martial arts including Krav Maga, Judo, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. 

Summer Camp F.I.T. Focused Interval Training (CAC-205)... Get your body lean and sculpted by going to Summer Camp! This class uses free weights, plyometrics, and isometric interval training to get you in shape for any summer sport the great NW has to offer and let's you look and feel great, too! Boost your fitness level with Summer Camp F.I.T.!

Tween Spirit (CAC-EG)... Parents, have you ever wished your had the energy of your child?  Wondered if their batteries ever run out?  This is your chance to find the answers to these questions.  This class is for you and your 10-13 yr. old. "Tween Spirit" will challenge you and your child with drills and games focused on speed, agility and quickness.  Whether we are competing against each other or working side-by-side we will nurture and develop a love for exercise and fitness.  Celebrate the spirit of your "tween" together!  Take your own fitness to the next level!  Harness their energy! Embrace "Tween Spirit"

W.O.W. Women On Weights (CAC-G)... Sculpt and build strength and lean muscle in this 30-min. weight training circuit training course specifically designed for women.
