Spend 5 weeks getting in the best shape of your life. This class is designed to make the greatest impact in the shortest amount of time. This crash course in training and conditioning is designed to tear down improperly build muscular systems and rebuild them more efficiently. Each ADAPT Camp has a special emphasis, allowing you to decide which camp works best for you!

ADAPT Camp Definitions
ADAPT Athletic Camp (CAC-EG) Calling all weekend warriors, sports enthusiasts, middle/high school or college athletes! Improve your sports performance and improve the efficiency of your body – allowing you to stay injury free. You won’t believe how amazing your body will feel after this Boot Camp.
ADAPT Endurance Camp (CAC-G) Everyone wants to increase ENERGY, STAMINA, and METABOLISM. The question is what is the quickest, most effective, and safest way for achieving these goals. The answer is the “Endurance Boot Camp” designed by ADAPT Training systems founder Brian Cassidy, and instructed by CAC trainer, Sandi Healey.
This sophisticated training program is exclusively designed to increase muscular and cardiovascular endurance for all levels from beginner to athlete. The Endurance Boot Camp is designed to use progressive muscular activation routines on recovery days to maximize the performance of the Camp Days. The real challenge to endurance development is the ability to push your systems to new heights while preventing muscular crashes that can lead to training setbacks and injuries. This program can create a functional, endurance machine ready to step into sports specific training.
ADAPT Weight Loss Camp (G/EG) This class is designed to help you lose body fat while increasing your fitness level. A special emphasis will be placed on nutrition and you will be asked to keep a food diary. We will teach you the best methods for increasing your metabolism to turn your body into a fat burning machine! This class is for anyone wanting to lose 5-20 pounds.
