Calling all MOMS looking to be the best MOM they can be. This class is for you. We will be changing your physique, your energy level, your attitude, and your ability to keep up with the chaos of your life. Come join other Moms for an hour-long full mind and body workout, three days a week. (Min 5)
Weight Loss Club
w/ Kitty at CAC 205
This is an ongoing club for people who are interested in weight loss, nutrition, working out and getting/staying fit.
Sign up for a 3 month, $20 per month commitment.
Included in your monthly fee:
Weekly: group meetings; weigh in; and emails with weight loss and nutrition tips, success stories, recipes, etc.
You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships at your club with other people who are interested in weight loss and weight management, as well as be able to meet with Kitty and the rest of the club on a regular basis.
