All Clubs You will need to attend (and participate) in at least one group fitness class each week. See your group fitness instructor for a list of classes that must be completed in the 10 week period to be an overall medalist for a special prize. (Code: S008).

All trips leave from Grocery Outlet (east side) parking lot, 2925 NW Division St. Gresham at 9am & return about 7:30pm. You must call Karen (503-665-4142x219) to reserve a seat on the bus. You may reserve up to one month in advance. All seats are reserved on a first come, first served basis as space is limited. There is a $5 non-refundable charge per person for the bus. Pay at the front desk (S005) when you reserve your seat at least 1 week in advance. Your guests are welcome, if they are 21. Casino trips may be added or cancelled due to interest or weather, so please see the SP B-board for most current information.

EASTER BRUNCH
Celebrate Easter with friends and enjoy a relaxing time chatting with classmates and have some fun participating in our Annual “Easter Bonnet” relay and other games. Potluck will be held in the Group Fitness room. We will provide the Ham, you can bring your favorite side dish or dessert. Guests welcome, but must see Director for a Guest Enrollment Form.

At CAC-205: Wear red to your SilverSneakers class every Thursday for the month of February. Pick up your Passport to a Healthy Heart in class. Take a heart health quiz, check your BP and more fun. (Laura)
FITNESS WORKSHOPS
Thursdays in March 1:45-2:30pm
At CAC-205: Join us for a series on Exercise and physical activity after class. The workshops will be based on the book from the National Institute of aging and will include Fitness testing, flexibility, postural assessment, strength training and nutrition.
