Silver Power programs are open to all Members & their Guests but are tailored for mature adults 55 & older. Check the Bulletin Board for up to the minute info and changes to programming or class schedules. Your Silver Power & Aqua Classes are a great place to have Fun, get Fit, and meet Friends!

Silver Power Racqueteers meet at Gresham. We supply racquets, balls and goggles. This is a non-competitive atmosphere and if you don’t know how to play, we will teach you.

Zumba Gold:  All the elements of Zumba but targeted toward baby boomers. Zesty Latin music, exhilarating easy to follow moves, and an invigorating party like atmosphere make Zumba Gold the perfect class for active older adult. Line Dancing Learn the latest line dances. This class is for all levels of fitness & dance experience. Please wear boots or other smooth soled shoes. (45 min) G
Senior Circuit Improve your ability to manage day to day activities through the benefits of weight training. Using a circuit style workout, you will increase bone density, muscular strength & endurance. (45min) 205/EG

Silver&Fit® Experience is for moderately active older adults who exercise one to two days per week. The class is designed to increase the participant’s flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, agility, reaction-time, muscular strength & cardiovascular endurance. (45min) EG/205

Silver&Fit® Excel This level is for very active older adults who regularly exercise 3 or more days/week. The class is designed to increase the participant’s flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, agility, reaction time, muscular strength, power & cardiovascular system. (60min) G

Silver Power Cardio Circuit This class is perfect for a safe, energizing workout to strengthen your heart & improve overall body conditioning.  Cardio Circuitmay be adjusted for all levels of fitness. (45min) EG/205/FL

Silver Power Strength Improve strength, balance, muscle tone and metabolism to effect overall quality of life. Motivating instructors and music, with optional chair support make this a safe, fun, and effective workout. (45 min) G

SilverSneakers®Classic Have fun & move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement & activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles & a ball are offered for resistance;  a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.  (45 min) 205/EG/FL

Yoga Stretch & Balance Improve overall well-being in a chair assisted class that will stretch & revitalize your whole body while challenging balance & developing core stabilization (45 min) G/205
