10 Week Walk

Anniversary Shirt at Awards Party on Aug 17th. Sign up with your Silver Sneakers Class
Instructor now thru June 1st to do a “10 Week Team Walk”.
Walk anywhere, anytime, while racking up miles on your pedometers. Any fitness level may participate.
Pedometers for sale for $5 with your class instructor.

All trips leave from Grocery Outlet (east side) parking lot, 2925 NW Division St. Gresham at 9am & return about 7:30pm. Please only park (so you do not get towed) in the designated parking area East of the 2nd driveway. Carpooling is suggested.
You must call Karen (503-665-4142 x219) to reserve a seat on the bus. You may reserve up to one month in advance. All seats are reserved on a first come, first served basis as space is limited and fills very fast!
There is a $5 non-refundable charge per person for the bus (even if you do not show). Pay at the front desk (S005) after you have reserved your seat at least 1 week in advance. Your guests are welcome, if they are 21, but their name and spot must be reserved in advance with yours.
55+ AARP Driver Safety Program
Wednesday, June 20th 9am – 3pm
At CAC-205: Get a reduction on you car insurance by attending this 6 hour Driver Safety certification class. No tests involved. $12 for AARP members $14 for non-members Pay at class that day (Minimum of 8)
