How long at CAC? I joined the teaching staff at Cascade on December of 2011.
What is your job title? Tennis Professional
What is your job description? Teach the lifelong sport of tennis to all ages and levels. I teach private, group lessons and team practices. Also, I run a tennis cardio class and host our men’s night on Wednesday nights.
How did you start at CAC? I have been a USPTA Elite Pro since I was 19 years old! More recently I was teaching at Lake Oswego Tennis Center from 2006-2011. And finally on December 12, 2011 I joined the Cascade family.

Hobbies: Hiking, biking, and occasional rock climbing. Also, officiating at the US Open!
Education: Bachelor of Science, Exercise and Movement Science from the University of Oregon. Go Ducks!
Fun Facts: I am originally from Tehran, Iran. I ran from Iran! Just kidding! I am very proud of my heritage and still have a big family back home. I moved to the states in 1980, directly to Eugene, Oregon. I have totally flat feet which is why I gave up playing soccer competitively and became a tennis pro. I have climbed Mt. Saint Helens 3 times and Mt. Rainer once. I have worked as a professional official for 16 years at the US Open tennis championship, including 3 times at Wimbledon.
