Each Session meets 4 weeks: 1 hour class or 8, 30 min classes each week

At CAC-Gresham
Biggest Loser Boot Camp
Meets Mon/Wed 5:30-6pm or Wed/Fri 8:30-9am
w/ Bethany
At CAC-G: This camp uses circuit style training for fat loss, increasing cardiovascular endurance & athletic performance. Exercises will include body weight, dumb bells, plyometrics and stability balls to help get you in the best shape ever. This class is intended for intermediate & advanced level exercisers.
Summer Cycle Training
Meets Thu 7:30-8:30pm

At CAC-G: Now is a great time to give your body what it needs to stay strong in the saddle! Summer Cycling camps will focus on drills that improve your cycling skills and make you ride like a champion (even after the most brutal climbs). Your body is an amazing machine, my goal is to keep it as fine tuned as possible so you can keep seeing improvements in your riding and keep riding for life! Road, Trail, Downhill, Freeride and Cyclo-Cross will all benefit from training the RIGHT way!

H.I.I.T Training
Meets Mon/Wed 6-6:30pm

At CAC-EG: High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) is a great way to increase cardio output in a short amount of time. By pushing the heart rate up with maximum effort and short rest periods, the body receives the same cardio benefit that it would in an hour or longer low intensity workout. Minimize time while maximizing output! High energy sprints interjected with active recovery allows the aerobic system to work overtime. Not only are we simply working the cardio system, we are working the muscular system as well. A whole new take on what a cardio workout can be! Try it, it’ll be a H.I.I.T.
Sport, Speed & Agility
Meets Sat 10-11am

At CAC-EG: What better way to spend the off season than by preparing for next season? With Sport, Speed and Agility you can do just that. Using ladder drills, cone courses, and resistance training you can improve your 40 yd dash time, increase your lateral quickness, and be quicker off the ball. High intensity, short interval drills will not only improve your skills but will increase your cardio conditioning and muscular endurance. By using a multitude of drills, techniques, and layouts, we ensure that every class is different and has something new to offer. Next season starts now!
Lean Legs
Meets Mon/Wed 6:30-7am

At CAC-EG: Uh-oh, Short season is here. Are you ready to show off your legs? Take this twice a week class and you will get those thighs shapely and glutes lifted.
Sleeveless
Meets Mon/Wed 7-7:30am
w/ Ericka
At CAC-EG: Are you looking for the second wave to STOP? This class will work the whole arm – front, back and top. Time to get ready for those tank tops.
Cycle Circuit
Meets Tue/Thu 11-11:30am
w/ Ericka
At CAC-EG: This class is your quick call to a fit and healthy body. Come join a lower impact type of workout with great results.
